Our high-level technical expertise, including precise control over the press speed and bottom dead point settings, ensures that when cutting film varieties with multilayer coatings (polarizing plates, etc.) to panel dimensions, the separation between layers and cut surface (delamination, cracking, burrs) is minimized to within 0.2 mm.

We are able to minimize dimensional error through the use of special dies. In addition, 3-D length measuring machines, microscopes, etc., are employed to verify dimensions when dies are delivered and in inspections of the finished product.

Processing takes place in a clean room environment. Our aim is to reduce contamination by foreign matter to zero.
