realize measurement accuracy of ±0.001 mm.

of CCD cameras and optical lasers provide enhanced measurement
accuracy. Measurement accuracy is ±0.02 mm.

is used to measure the bond strength of adhesive tape
and verify the peel-off balance of separators.
The temperature
and humidity are carefully controlled in this aging chamber,
which enables us to test quickly how products change over
time. It is used for quality assurance testing of products
such as adhesive tape.
This device
enables three-dimensional processing by receiving image
data from a camera. The camera zooms in on product cut
faces and minute molded product surfaces at 50- to 5,000-times
magnification, and the image data are three-dimensionally
processed to confirm the conditions of these faces and
surfaces.
