Four pressing processes are carried out sequentially.

Servo motor drive allows adjustment of the die height in 1 µm units.

Materials on rolls are laminated and then fed automatically to the presses.

CCD cameras read printed images, etc., from the sheets being processed, and this data is used to position the dies and sheets.

Product Example
01
Processed Cardstock

Partial separators are half-cut in portions of cardstock 3 to 4 mm thick, and the rest is punched. It is possible to perform automated post-processing to make the product separators easy to peel off and retain the sheet configuration.

Product Example
02
Reflective Sheets for Backlights

Tape is affixed to a portion of an optical reflective film. Image processing using CCD cameras is used for accurate positioning of the tape and locations to be punched.

03
Printed Products with Terminals

CCD cameras are used to identify target marks on printed sheets for enhanced printing and punching accuracy.
